The Define Stage
Architectures are not just technical. Creating both a business architecture and people architecture only takes 30-60 days, and has outsized benefits. They capture and generate executive and enterprise-wide alignment, and reduce duplicative labor costs, overlapping vendor costs, and the organizational distraction that results with ambiguity.

There are 3 main components:
-
Business Architecture
-
People Architecture: A comprehensive assessment of an organizational appetite for change, historical success, leadership alignment and commitment to change, organization readiness and capacity to change. Typically owned by either the CHRO or COO.
-
Technology Architecture: The IT owned system and environment centric plan that is commonly produced.
